We want you to know exactly when to expect your order. Here's everything you need to know about shipping with Aubellé Care.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details right after you place it. Once your order is on its way, we'll send a second email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days to the United States and Canada.

Our Anti-Chafe Stick ships directly from our trusted manufacturing partner. This allows us to offer the product at a great price without the markup of traditional retail. The trade-off is a slightly longer shipping window than next-day Amazon — but every order is fully tracked, and your satisfaction is guaranteed.

We currently ship to all 50 US states and Canada. International shipping outside North America is coming soon.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Bundle and save — our 2-Pack qualifies for free shipping automatically.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package's journey. If you don't see the email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Packaging

Your order will arrive in the manufacturer's branded packaging from our supply partner. This is normal — Aubellé Care curates this product from a trusted partner; we are not the manufacturer. The product inside is the exact one we recommend.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors, your building manager, or your local post office first. Most missing packages are found within 48 hours. If your package is still missing after that, email support@getaubelle.com with your order number and we'll help you resolve it.

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery and email us at support@getaubelle.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, email us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, we may not be able to update the address before your package ships.

Customs and Import Duties

For Canadian orders, customs duties or taxes may apply at delivery. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
