How to Use
A simple ritual for all-day comfort.
When to apply
Apply Aubellé Anti-Chafe Stick to clean, dry skin in the morning, before you get dressed. For longer days (hot weather, workouts, vacations) you can reapply once or twice throughout the day as needed.
Where to apply
Anywhere skin meets skin or skin rubs fabric:
- Under the bust (especially helpful for plus-size and post-mastectomy)
- Between the thighs (the classic chafing zone)
- Along body folds (under the belly, lower back)
- Under arms (alternative to traditional deodorant for sensitive skin)
- Along the bra line
- Anywhere clothing rubs (waistband edges, sport bra straps)
How to apply
- Twist the cap to extend the stick (just like a deodorant).
- Glide the stick directly on clean, dry skin in the areas prone to chafing. 2–3 swipes is usually enough.
- Wait 10 seconds for the formula to settle in. It dries clear and won't transfer to clothes.
- Reapply if needed throughout the day, especially after sweating or showering.
Pro tips
For summer: Apply before heading out, then keep a stick in your bag for re-touchups.
For workouts: Apply 10 minutes before activity to give the formula time to set.
For travel: Pack one in your carry-on. TSA-friendly, no liquid limits.
For postpartum: Safe to use during breastfeeding. Apply away from the nipple area.
Storage
Keep in a cool, dry place. Don't leave it in a hot car — like any solid stick formula, prolonged heat can soften the product.
