Our Guarantee

We genuinely believe in this product. If for any reason it doesn't work for you within 60 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@getaubelle.com within 60 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  • The name on the order
  • A brief note about why it didn't work for you (this helps us improve)

We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refund Timing

Once we approve your refund:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email
  • The refund is processed back to your original payment method
  • Most banks post the refund within 5–10 business days
  • For Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay refunds, timing depends on your card issuer

Do I Need to Return the Product?

For most refund requests, we do not require you to return the product. Shipping fees often cost more than the product itself, so we'd rather you keep it (or pass it along to a friend who might benefit).

In rare cases, we may ask for the product to be returned for quality assurance. If so, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and email support@getaubelle.com. We'll send a free replacement — no return required.

Allergic Reaction or Skin Sensitivity

Although our formula is dermatologist-tested and made for sensitive skin, every body is different. If you experience irritation, stop using the product, contact us right away, and we'll issue a full refund.

Bundle Refunds

For 2-Pack and 3-Pack bundles, refunds are issued for the full bundle. We do not offer partial refunds for individual sticks within a bundle unless one is damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds

If 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you don't see it in your account, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you've done that and still don't see it, email us and we'll investigate.

Exceptions

Refund requests outside the 60-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee approval.
